Gluten-Intolerate?

Well, today, I had to go to the doctor. Awaiting for a very important phone call, to see if I am gluten-intolerate or have celiac disease. If that is the case, I really need to get my health and weight managed. I had to undergo a lot of blood tests today. They were testing me for anemia, if my thyroid is working right, and most importantly, if I have celiac disease. I am scared to know, but I’m highly certain that I have it. Just found out too, that when I was little, they suspected that I had celiac…but, the doctors did nothing. That’s nice…eh?

Well, today…I started exercising a bit with my friend Megan. We did crunches, leg lifts, and squats. I didn’t want to put any pressure on my arm, so I did no further exercises. I am on Christmas break from school, so I have the time to put into exercise. I want to exercise every day, and try to lose at least 10 lbs by January 14th if at all possible! :) I just need the motivation right now, I don’t have it, but I need it! I’m trying, and so hopefully….I get somewhere with it! :)

Don’t know where to begin.

I just joined buddyslim. I am not sure where to begin. I just know I need to lose weight for my health and for my own good. I am going thru a lot with my health right now, possibly being diagnosed with the celiac disease.

I always try to lose weight, then I don’t get the motivation, then I quit. I eat when I get upset, I am a unconsious eater, I eat when I’m depressed, you name it, I eat because of it. But with the problems with my health, I haven’t eaten bread in a really long time, so that’s really good. I need to cut everything else out, and I do not have the motivation. I’m trying, because I need to. I am anxious to see what this web site has to offer.
